The Agricultural Commissioner's Office congratulates you on your choice to submit your pesticide use reports online.  We hope that you find this to be a convenient service which aids you in fulfilling your regulatory requirements.

We would like to review some features of this service so that you can be assured that your reports are submitted as you intend.

  1. Loc/Block ID: This is the two- or eight-digit site identification number which was issued to you on your permit map.  If you use the list button to display your locations, when you select the location, the section, township, range, etc. will be filled in for you.  However, if you were issued an eight-digit site identification number, you will need to go back and fill in the remaining 6 digits.

  2. Qty/Units Planted:  This is the amount of the commodity which is planted at the plot indicated by the site identification number.  The default number which is displayed is the amount for the total ranch.  This number will need to be adjusted to reflect the amount for the site identification number being reported.

  3. If you are having trouble finding the correct pesticide from the list, try clearing the pesticide name box and entering the EPA registration number first.  This should find the correct pesticide for you.

  • Some reminders about site identification numbers:  Eight-digit numbers are usually issued for rotational crops.  The first two digits indicate the ranch number.  The next four digits indicate the plot number.  The last two digits indicate the planting or sequence number and are changeable by the grower as conditions warrant.  Failure to understand the implications of the way site identification numbers, commodity, and planted acreage are reported has resulted in valid reports being rejected as duplicate records.

  • Check back to the web site after a few days to see if your reports have been accepted.

  • If you find that you have made an error, you may make corrections as long as the reports have not been processed.  Reports have not been processed if it is listed under “submitted-pending review”.  If you discover an error after the reports are processed, you will need to call our office and we will assist you in correcting the report.

  • We anticipate processing submitted reports nightly.

  • If you have any questions regarding pesticide use report submission over the web or if you experience any difficulty using this service, please speak with a biologist in our office.

  • Again, we would like to thank you for your interest in RMMS Web Services and we look forward to serving you.
