Nutrition Curriculum

The Healthy Eating and Nutrition Curriculum: Facilitator's Guide was developed to support the implementation of the 3-4-50 Framework, a community health improvement strategy focused on tackling negative lifestyle and nutritional health habits that can impact and challenge recovery from mental health and substance use conditions.
