Join the Continuum of Care
The Continuum of Care (CoC) is the regional planning body that coordinates the community's policies, strategies, and activities to prevent and end homelessness. Through the CoC, providers, individuals with lived experience, and community stakeholders engage in discussions and develop strategies to address the issues facing Santa Barbara County's low-income population, homeless individuals and families, and other at-risk populations, and become part of the solutions being offered to address those challenges.
