Join the Continuum of Care


The Continuum of Care (CoC) is the regional planning body that coordinates the community's policies, strategies, and activities to prevent and end homelessness. Through the CoC, providers, individuals with lived experience, and community stakeholders engage in discussions and develope strategies to address the issues facing Santa Barbara County's low-income population, homeless individuals and families, and other at-risk populations, and become part of the solutions being offered to address those challenges.

If you are interested in becoming more involved in the CoC, we would love to hear from you. You do not need to be a board member to participate in committees, serve on rank and review panels, or assist in community outreach efforts. Please let us know if you would like information on ways you can be more involved in the CoC and its efforts to end homeless in Santa Barbara County.
