We strive to establish and maintain positive and productive relations with employees and labor organizations throughout the County. Our core work includes:
- Programming and outreach in Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Employment Opportunity;
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment;
- Monitoring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and other terms governing employment;
- Providing advice to management on employee and labor relations matters;
- Offering training to supervisors and managers;
- Conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and workplace misconduct;
