This historic legacy to the community is a popular setting for weddings, private parties and corporate events with your own music and food. This Spanish style building is located in the heart of Old Lompoc, nestled against the hill side with plenty of room for you and your guests. This treasure is available to rent for your next occasion.

Fees

Administrative Fee
A $40.00 non-refundable administrative fee is charged for each event/reservation. This fee must be paid in order to secure your date.

Security Deposit
A $750.00 refundable security deposit is charged for each event/reservation. This fee must be paid in advance in order to secure your date.

Staff Fees
A County Facilities staff member is required for all events after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and any time on Saturdays and Sundays.
Staff fees will be charged at rate a of $45.00 per hour.

Security Guards
Security guards are required for all events after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and any time on Saturdays and Sundays.
Security guard fees will be charged at a rate of $22.00 per hour per guard (1 guard for every 50 people, maximum of 4).

Cleaning Fees
The County contracts with a cleaning service that cleans the facility the following day.

Additional Requirements

  • A certificate of liability insurance covering the day(s) of use is required for all events.
  • If alcohol will be sold at you event, a Special Event Permit from California Alcoholic Beverage Control is required. Their office can be reached at (805) 289-0100
  • If you plan to sell, sample, consume or distribute any food items (including bottled water and pre-packaged food) to the public, a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit will be required. This permit is required if you are providing food prepared on–site or distributing prepackaged food. The application for the temporary food facility permit can be obtained by contacting Santa Barbara County Environmental Health Service at (805) 346-8460

Tables and Chairs

Tables or chairs are not included in the rates listed above. You may bring your own pre-approved tables and chairs or they can be rented from one of our Veterans groups located at the Lompoc Veterans' Memorial Building.
