Summerland Planning Area
The Summerland Planning Area is located
on the South Coast between the communities
of Santa Barbara and Carpinteria and includes the community of Summerland.
The planning area is bordered by Ortega
Ridge Road on the west, the urban area
of Montecito to the North, Padaro Lane
on the east, and the Pacific Ocean on
the South.
