2008 - 1st Quarter Winner: Randy Carnahan
Congratulations to the 1st quarter 2008 recipient - Mr. Randy Carnahan is currently a Maintenance Leader with the Roads Division.
He has gone above and beyond in researching and obtaining over $1.1 million in grant funding from the ARB (Air Resources Board) for the divisions OFF-Road diesel equipment. This has included the replacement of the division’s 4 motor graders, 2 wheel loaders and 1 backhoe plus retrofits for 3 other units.
Randy's initiative and persistence proved invaluable to the success of securing these funds at a time when budget limitations would not have allowed compliance with the new regulations.
