If you are new to the process, please call our office for more information and check out our fee schedule for services. In order to apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, please sign up at the USDA's PCIT website.
It is preferred that a request for a phyto is made through the PCIT program. You may also download and email your request here. Lastly, you may fax your request to our Santa Barbara office at 805-681-5603 or our Santa Maria office at 805-934-6202.
