Candidate Filing Appointments

Candidate Filing for the September 14, 2021, California Gubernatorial Recall Election, is by appointment only in the Santa Barbara Elections Division Main Office located at 4440A Calle Real, Santa Barbara, CA 93110. 

Appointments are available 8am to 12pm, and 1pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.  To make an appointment, please call (805) 696-8957.
