The Clerk-Recorder is excited to announce the implementation of the Eagle Recording System on 5/4/2020. As part of the system installation process, the Clerk-Recorder will need to close at noon on 5/1/2020. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we prepare for new opportunities to enhance customer services. 

Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 our offices will be closed to the public due to COVID-19.

The Clerk-Recorder is offering drop boxes to allow customers to request services from 8:00am-4:30 pm Monday – Friday.  Click here to view eligible requests and drop box locations.

Information on the Federal Coronavirus Relief Bill (CARES Act) for small business owners and and Fictitious Business Name processing times.
