The Employment and Workforce Planning Division is committed to providing and retaining a talented, skilled, competent, and diverse workforce for the County Departments so that they deliver superior service to our community. Through the recruitment process, our goal is to identify the most qualified candidates for various positions throughout the County. Our division is also responsible for the workforce planning of the County by maintaining the Classification/Compensation System, partnering with departments to determine workforce needs, and ensuring accurate position allocations across the County.
